F2S Consulting LLC was formed by combat veterans to provide instruction for advancing skillsets of firearm users in order to prevail in a violent encounter to protect life. Our approach to training is based on solid marksmanship skills with a grounding in tactical reality gained from direct combat experience. A mentality of constant progression and refinement guides our evolution of training. Constant testing and learning is a cornerstone of our foundation at F2S.
Jack Leuba has been involved in combat marksmanship and combat marksmanship training programs since 1999 within the USMC. He was heavily involved in the creation and implementation of the USMC's Combat Marksmanship Program, as well as the Foreign Weapon Instructor Course, in addition to serving as one of the USMC's representatives for the SCAR program to SOCOM. Following his time in Quantico, he was selected to be the USMC Exchange with the British Royal Marine Commandos, working for the UK MoD training specialized units and instructors in effective practical marksmanship techniques and close quarters battle. Jack deployed to several combat zones including HOA, Haiti, Iraq, and Afghanistan. He earned several combat awards, to include the Bronze Star with combat āVā, as well as personal awards for his creation and implementation of training programs to include the Meritorious Service Medal. Leaving active duty after 14 years of service, he co-founded F2S Consulting LLC.
Chris Abernathy commissioned into the United States Marine Corps in 2008 after graduating from Texas Tech University. After graduation from his Field Artillery training schools he was assigned to 3rd Battalion 10th Marine Regiment. He was assigned to 3rd Battalion 8th Marine regiment to serve as a Artillery Forward Observer with India Company as a part of the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable). Chris and the other members of 3/8 were deployed to Helmand Province Afghanistan in January 2011. Upon returning to CONUS Chris was assigned as the USMC Officer in Charge of the II MEF Combined Arms Staff Trainer under Special Operations Training Group where he instructed Fire Support implementation from the ground level perspective all the way up to planning battalion level fires. After completion of active duty orders he co-founded F2S Consulting LLC. |
